Meet the team behind our industry leadership:
Barb Langhans leads Entegra’s business development presence in the intelligence community. Combining in-depth experience in strategic thinking with a natural talent for personnel management, Barb has led teams through the full development life cycle on billion-dollar contracts for Northrop, Booz Allen Hamilton, and Windermere. She is typically Entegra’s first point of contact with government contracting officials and our contracting partners. Barb holds a B.S. from the University of Baltimore.
Mandy Pet has 39 years of intelligence community experience in the fields of multilingual computing, security, and data science. She is a subject matter expert in human language technology and is Security+ and PMP certified. In 1998, Mandy was awarded a U.S. patent entitled, “Method of Efficiently and Flexibly Storing, Retrieving, and Modifying Data in Any Language Representation.” She is an official U.S. delegate to the ISO Technical Committee (TC) 37 and is a contributing author of the ISO 26413, Lexical Markup Framework. Mandy served on the editorial board of Multilingual Computing Magazine and was one of its contributing authors. She holds a B.S. in computer and information science and an M.S. in computer systems and database management, both from University of Maryland University College, where she serves as an adjunct professor in cyber security and networks.
